This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for The Abbott Bennett Group, LLC. Said policy applies solely to information collected by The Abbott Bennett Group, LLC.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, spouse or children’s name, information regarding your finances/investments.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will also use your information to better provide services or recommendations, as discussed with you in your initial meeting or phone conference. We may further deliver your information to a third party (e.g. insurance company) for purposes of allowing you to apply for products or services and evaluate your eligibility for such products or services; or to allow you to execute a contract with The Abbott Bennett Group, LLC and said insurance company.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via e-mail or telephone in the future to tell you about promotions, new products or services, to follow-up on previous meetings/phone calls or to notify you of changes to this privacy policy.

Security

The Abbott Bennett firm and its employees are committed to protecting your privacy and your rights. Information exchanged in person, over the phone, by fax or e-mail is confidential. In certain circumstances, employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. executing contracts, customer service related tasks) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Furthermore, the computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are password protected and secured.

In accordance with HIPAA law, personal information pertaining to a client or prospective client cannot and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the firm (excluding previously noted third parties), including spouses or dependents, unless there is documented authority to attain such information.
